Of Alexandria Free Methodist Church
As the Alexandria Free Methodist MomCo Meet Up we strive to provide a place for mothers to find a place of belonging and realize their potential as mothers and women by networking with each other and growing in their knowledge of who God created them to be. In addition to listening to inspirational speakers and meaningful conversations about motherhood, we foster community through playground meetups and activities and crafting. Come join our community of mothers in all stages of motherhood!

I am the mom of a sweet 9 month old boy, Elijah, and the dog mom of our friendly border collie, Buddy. In addition to Coordinating the MomCo of Alexandria Free Methodist Church, I also am the Children's Ministry Director of Alexandria Free Methodist Church and a working mother. I can't wait for you to join our mom community!
When Do We Meet?
Playground Meet Ups
- During the Summer, we meet for a casual meet up on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month at various locations from 9:15-11:30am.
- On these days we start at the church and then head over to the playground, or we may meet at a local child-friendly location.
- Bring your children and your own snacks, and spend time socializing with other mothers while your children play.

Monthly Meetings
- Coming in the Fall, on Sept 19th, 2026!
- Our more formal Monthly Meetings will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month between 9:15-11:30am.
- These meetings will take place in the Gathering Place of the Alexandria Free Methodist church and will feature inspirational videos, discussions, a light breakfast and crafts!
- These meetings will have limited KidsCo childcare offered on a first come, first served basis.

Need Childcare?
- Our Monthly Meetings with will officially launch in September 19th, 2026!
- Please fill out the registration form below so we know you are coming! Please note that this form does not officially register you for MOMCo Membership or our KIDSCo program.
- If you select that you need childcare we will send you an additional email for you to officially sign up for that. If you wish to become a member that will be discussed more at your first meeting with us.
KIDSCo Childcare
- We offer childcare during our Monthly Meetings in a limited capacity on a "first come, first served basis" for children ages 12 weeks old to 2nd grade. Please pre-register to reserve space for your child or children. We also allow children in our meetings as needed.
- We have two different classes:
- Our Nursery Class for children ages 12 weeks to 2 years old.
- Our Preschool/ Lower Elementary Class for potty-trained children ages 3 to 2nd grade. This class utilizes the KIDSCo Curriculum by The MOMCo.
- We are always looking for more KIDSCo Volunteers. If you know anyone willing and able to help with childcare please contact us for more information.
