The Fajardos were appointed as career missionaries in March 2004. They arrived in Spain in June and are assisting with church planting ministries. They have been active in the South Atlantic Conference and the Tampa Spanish FMC.

Lucien and Molly's efforts are concentrated on planting churches in Belgium and France – three in the past year. They shepherd a growing congregation in Oostende. The Brussels church plants are Central African and Brazilian. In all, the three churches represent six languages and 11 countries.
